When Naruto met his mother

As one of those guys who barely gets emotional while watching something, Naruto stands out. When Naruto met his mother, it was one of the best scenes of the show.

I always skip small talk episodes, but this time it was different.

You could see the happiness in Naruto’s eyes,

You could see that peace and positivity in his eyes.

I was not interested in his mother’s story, which is extremely interesting, but I was more thinking along the lines of Naruto, how he must have felt.

He just hugs his mom as soon as he sees her, and tells her he likes her red hair, which his father also told his mom, building an instant connection.

His mother was one of the coolest characters on the show, of course, when you know Naruto’s father you realize how amazing he was, but she was just so cool.

She introduced herself to Naruto and showed how he is part of her. She said you got some parts of me.

Her Chakra waited 16 years to meet Naruto, it wasn’t not easy, not for Naruto, not for his mother.

Imagine having such great parents but not having a chance to meet them.

Naruto suffered a lot, he was never accepted, he didn’t know who his parents were, everyone looked down on him.

Yet Naruto was fighting for Sasuke,

Yet he was fighting for the leafe village.

He had the guts to call himself future Hokage without even knowing the great legacy he was carrying.

After seeing all this in his life, after being treated so badly, he finally meets his parents.

His hug to his mother, his smile, his happiness made my eyes numb.

Naruto was given 9 tails to protect the great nation by his mother and father. His mother and father sacrificed themselves while protecting Naruto and village from 9 tails.

The best scene is when Naruto’s mother and father are about to die and they have to give some memories to Naruto. His father let the mother speak because he thinks the mother-child relation is special. That little speech/all the instructions from his mother to Naruto were no more than the cutest and most wholesome commands you can ever see. She asked him to eat well, not to sleep less, stay away from bad girls. All this while she is about to die, all this when she is about to give 9 tails to her kid.

Naruto’s mother was strong and her love for him reflected in that chakra, her red hair, her love, her strength, made that scene more than perfect.

But why do you care?

Huh, Naruto lacked parents which he always wanted but we always have them.

He lacked a home which we always had.

He lacked a normal childhood, normal treatment which most of us have.

Yet he was positive. Being positive is a choice and Naruto made it.
